How do I place an order?

Once you have finished adding items to your Cart, simply click the cart icon followed by the “Check Out” button and we will guide you through the check out process.

Which Methods of payment do you accept?

We accept credit cards, debit cards, Paypal and bank transfer (via PayPal).

How safe is my information?

Our site uses a Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol to encrypt all personal information sent during the check out process. For more information on how we secure and use your information, please consult our Privacy Policy.

How does shipping work?

Our average shipping time is 4 business days depending on the order's destination.

Why does shipping cost more for select European countries?

Shipping costs are subject to factors like deliverability and industry trade organizations. Shipping rates for destinations in mountainous or remote locations will be higher than for destinations that are easier to access. Similarly, shipping rates for countries that take part in specific industry trade organizations, like the EFTA, will also be higher.

Currently, these European countries have separate shipping rates:

  • 1. Iceland
  • 2. Liechtenstein
  • 3. Norway
  • 4. Switzerland

*This list may expand to include other countries over time.

What is Buyer Protection?

Buyer Protection is a set of guarantees that enables buyers to shop with confidence on our website. Note any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items errors must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

You are protected when:

  • 1. The item you received was wrong or damaged.
  • 2. The item got lost in transit.

What if I entered the wrong delivery address?

If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our print on demand facility. You can contact us at info@obihats.com. Once we have confirmed an updated address your order will be reshipped. Note that you will be liable for reshipment costs.

Can I return my order if I don't like it?

Sadly we can't refund orders for buyer’s remorse or size/color changes at this time. We hope to provide this service in the near future!

Can I cancel an order?

Yes, provided that your order is not being fullfilled. Send us an email within 24 hours after purchase and let us know the reason why you wish to cancel your order. Once your order is being fulfilled we can't cancel your order.
